ABOUT US

Al-Qaem center is a place for everyone with a burning passion for learning about Islam. It is a place for learning, a place of introspection and a place of spiritual development and well-being.

OUR VISION

We aim to bridge the gap between people by giving a face and clear identity to a group of people that are often misunderstood in society; the muslims. A lot of misconceptions and misunderstandings plague the muslim communities around the world so there is a need to shed light on the true values of islam as a religion and the people that call themselves muslims.

WHAT DO WE DO?

We are a non-profit organization that specializes in promoting the teachings of the household of Prophet Muhammed (pbuh). Multiple activities are conducted over the year including lecture series locally and online. We have been invited for school visits and interfaith dialogue and have a good relationship with both schools and different religious organizations around Sweden and also around the world. Al-Qaem center provides religious programs for people of all age groups including children, youth, and adults. Whenever a lecture is given a lot of emphases is put on providing important and relevant information through interactions with the students and facilitate the process of learning by giving structured lectures and activities to solidify the information in the student.

Our community of people is also provided opportunities to meet each other throughout the year by celebration and commemoration of religious events. We also give our students an opportunity to travel and perform activities, eat out and go on different adventures together as a group.
